Kind Words from My Community
What did you enjoy about working with Becky? What did you learn?
Becky created a routine based on my needs, goals, and injuries. The routine expanded with each session as I became more comfortable with the poses. Becky provided a guide for each pose, including a picture and explanation, so I could continue my practice at home. She also gave me ways to deepen and expand the poses as I became more comfortable.
If someone asked you about doing private sessions with Becky, what would you say to them?
It is worth every second and every penny, especially if you are new to yoga. The one-on-one personal attention is fantastic.
Name three specific changes you noticed from our work together.
I am more flexible. I am much more confident in the poses because Becky made sure I was doing each one to the best of my ability. I am also genuinely enjoying the time I spend doing yoga. The peace and serenity that come during and after my practice are wonderful.

What makes Becky different from other wellness practitioners?
Becky is a warm, intelligent, well-resourced healer who skillfully blends modern knowledge with ancient wisdom. Due to her extensive experience as both a Nurse and a Yoga Therapist, Becky has the ability to understand the roots of dis-ease and the path of wellness in a uniquely powerful and effective way.
As the Director of the Soul of Yoga Yoga Therapy Training Program I chose Becky as both a faculty member and a program mentor for her deep understanding of integrative health and ability to convey multilayered conditions in a clear and coherent manner.

What makes Becky an exceptional teacher, mentor, and guide?
Becky has been an integral faculty member in the Soul of Yoga's IAYT Yoga Therapy training. Becky blends her background as a medical professional with the wisdom of yoga, allowing a unique blend of holistic wellness to shine through. She connects with students deeply, guiding them through various topics such as anatomy, physiology, cancer, heart disease and more.
Becky is grounded, nurturing, intuitive and approachable. She serves as a mentor in our program, supporting countless students to achieve their goals of graduating the program with a solid connection and understanding of the material and a better understanding of themselves. On a personal level, Becky is a joy to know - she is kind and caring, has a great sense of humor, and I always feel seen and appreciated when I am in her presence.
